On the loss of CH from o-methylbenzaldoxime. Evidence for an ortho assisted oxime→nitrone isomerization

Isomerization of oxime molecular ions into nitrone molecular ions upon electron impact does not generally occur, but it was established with the aid of deuterium labelling that it is essential for loss of CH from o-methylbenzaldoxime.
