The Optimization And Application of Threshold Remind Short Message Delay on Mobile Data Flow Service

This Paper analyzes the process of threshold remind short message on mobile data flow service in the Business Operation Support System (namely BOSS). It easily cause system untimely collects CDR. Offline CDRs have accounted to 38%. Therefore, threshold remind short message is delayed for long time. Some optimization schemes are proposed in this paper. It monitors abnormal situation such as network connectivity, CDR generating with delay or abnormity in the device and so on. Online Charging System (namely OCS) is expanded by adding new hardware devices. The configuration of application processes in OCS is optimized. It makes a comparison of customer online property in BOSS and HLR (Home Location Register), in BOSS sub system, such as billing system and business operating System. These schemes can effectively collect CDR and find out fault promptly in the billing system and device. The data shows that the optimization system performance is much better than the old one in processing ability and efficiency. CDR Offline CDRs have only accounted to 18%. The delays of threshold remind short message may greatly be shortened.
