On the reproducibility of the orientation distribution function of texture samples from pole figures (III). Relationship between the ODF f(g) and the reduced ODF f̃T(g)

The explicit relationship between the ODF f(g) and the reduced ODF f̃T(g) is given and discussed. For the general case of fibre textures the f̃T(g) ↔ f(g) problem does not disappear, but in the special case with G_A = D_∞f̃T(g) is identical with f(g).
