| 摘 要： | 目的 了解吉林地区病毒性肝炎的型别分布及感染状况．方法 采用ELlSA法检测．结果 男性检出39例，女性检出21例，检出HAV23例，占38％；HBV25例，占42％，NCV6例，占10％；HVD未检出，HEV4例，占7％，HGV2例，占3％．乙型肝炎检出率最高，其次为甲型肝炎、丙型肝炎、戊型肝炎、庚型肝炎．丁型肝炎检出率为0．单纯感染56例；1例甲、丙、庚三重感染，1例为甲、乙二重感染．结论 甲、乙型肝炎仍为吉林地区人群感染的主要病原．

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce type distribution and infectious status of viral hepatitis in Jilin area. Methods By using enzyme-linked immunoadsordent assay to check the serum of acute viral hepatitis clinically. Results 39 males and 21 females are detected, among which there are 23 cases HAV(38%); 25 cases HBV(42% ) ; 6 cases HCV(10% ); 0 case HDV(O) ; 4 cases HEV (7% ) ; 2 cases HGV(3% ). Type B viral hepatitis has the most positive percentage, followed by type A virus, type C virus, type E virus, type G virus. It coincide with literature that no HDV is detected, there are 56 simple infection; 1 case HAV, HCV, HGV heavy infection; 1 case HAV, HBV double infection. Conclusion HAV, HBV are still the main pathogen of viral hepatitis in Jilin area. |
