摘    要:通过建立液压支架虚拟样机及满足并行设计要求的变型样机,模拟了液压支架的运动过程,分析液压支架在运动过程中的受力情况,并按照MT3122000试验规范的加载方式,分析了整机及关键零部件的强度,从而帮助设计人员优化设计参数.

Abstract:By establishing the virtual prototyping of hydraulic supports and their variant prototyping which meets for concurrent design demand, their motion process has been simulated and the forces between the components of hydraulic supports have been analyzed. According to the test criterion of MT 312-2000, intensity test of hydraulic support and its key components has been done, which will help designer to optimize the structure parameters of hydraulic supports.
