| Abstract: | Solutions containing 500 g L?1 Nb2O5 were obtained by sintering Nb2O5 with potash followed by leaching with water. The potassium niobate released from niobium(V) alkaline solutions was examined with an application of methods of physical and chemical analysis. Hydrates K8Nb6O19·4H2O and K7.5H0.5Nb6O19]·14H2O were first obtained. |
