摘    要:精磨在光学生产中,是影响加工效率和表面质量的重要工序,用金钠石磨具精磨是光学加工中的一项新工艺,与古典法精磨相比,具有生产效率高、零件表面的几何精度高,粗糙度低等优点。在军转民的形势下,为了降低民品生产成本,适应光学镜头大批量生产的需要,作者承担了新工艺研制工作。本文全面叙述研制情况。


Using diamond fine—lapping to raise the. efficiency and quality of making optical lenses
Abstract:Fine—lapping is a process to greatly offect the efficiency and quality in the production of optics. It is a new technology to use diamond tool in fine lapping. Compared with the classical lapping, it has adventages of high productivity, accurate geometrical shape and low roughness.To lower the production cost of civilian products and meet the reguirement of mass production of optical lenses, author undertook the task to develop the new technology.The work in the development is related in all its aspects.
