| Abstract: | A series of new 1-, 2- and 3-piperazinylbenzothieno2,3-d]triazole derivatives structurally related to Trazodone were prepared and tested for their antiserotonergic, antiadrenergic and antihistaminergic in vitro activities together with their analgesic in vivo activity by using Trazodone as the reference compound. |
