摘    要:翻转课堂和小班研讨两种教学模式相结合,能够更好的激发学生主动学习,提高学生的学习效果和效率,在各大高校教学中被广泛采用。但这种混合教学模式在具体实施环节和实施方法上,需要结合具体课程特点不断改进完善。本文以国防科技大学研究生核心课程《统计信号处理》为例,首先介绍了往年该课程采用翻转课堂与小班研讨教学的组织形式,然后提出了6点针对不同教学环节的改进方法,这些改进方法应用于该课程2019年春季学期教学实践中,受到师生们的好评。改进后的教学方法可为高校高年级本科生和研究生专业课教学提供参考。

Abstract:Combining the flipped classroom with the small class discussion can motivate the students to learn actively and improve their learning efficiency and effect. This teaching mode is widely used in modern teaching. However, some teaching steps and concrete implementation methods need to be improved when the mixed teaching mode is applied to a specific course. In this paper, we take the postgraduate course of Statistical Signal Processing in National University of Defense Technology for example. We introduce the organization of the course employing flipped classroom plus small class discussion over the past years. And then we propose six methods to improve various teaching steps. These methods are adopted during the teaching process in the spring semester in 2019, which are praised by the teachers and students. The improved teaching method provides reference for the teaching of professional courses for the senior undergraduate and postgraduate students.
