摘    要:电阻炉是一种在工件热处理加工过程中的重要设备,根据电阻炉的工作过程和温度计量参数调节方法,结合实际工作经验,总结了一种较为理想的参数整定方式,利用外围机构和设备,达到了减小过冲量和误差偏离数值的效果,改善了温度自动调节系统。

Abstract:A resistance furnace is a device used for heat treatment of workpieces. Based on the furnace's work process and methods of temperature measurement and parameter adjustment, the author presented an optimal parameter setting method, which, with the help of periphery mechanisms and devices, has been proved effective in reducing overshoot value, decreasing biased errors and improving the automatic temperature adjustment system.
