| 摘 要： | 本文以苏州大学教职工为研究对象,采用问卷与面访相结合的研究方法进行调查。结果发现,教职工对体育活动的爱好与实际参与存在较大差异,对实施全民健身计划认识不足,针对上述现状,提出今后在高校实施全民健身计划需待解决的若干问题。

| Abstract: | By using questionaire and interview,the phsical activities' state of the staff in suzhou university are analyzed in this paper. The results show that there is a divergence between the interest and the involvement of the staff. In the mean time ,they have not much knowledge of the " National keep - fit Plan" . On the basis of these points,the author puts forward a few guestions that must to be resolved to carry out the " National keep -fit Plan " in the future. |
