| 摘 要： | 当前，土地信息系统开发滞后于用户需求。以空间数据库建设为核心，探索适应用户需求的LIS的应用途径，对县级土地管理具有更重要的实践意义。宁明土地信息系统（NMLIS）运用基于微机平台的GIS技术，以空间数据库建设为核心，开发研制成宁明土地信息系统（即NMLIS），为广西县级LIS系统建设探索了成功的经验和范例。

| Abstract: | Generally speaking,the development of land information system(LIS) lags behind user's need. It is a great prance significance for the users that taking the construction of space database as a core work and exploring the appliedway of LIS on county level land management. The land information system of Ningming county (NMLIS) which isbased on the GIS technology is the only one of such kind of LIS. It has been a good example and provided a lot of succesful experience for the establishment of countylevel LIS in Gua ngxi. |
