摘    要:将橡胶圆板视为薄膜,根据薄膜的无矩特性,巧妙采用数学方法求得橡胶圆板的膨胀状态几何特性描述,进而通过应力应变求得挠度与载荷的关系。同时,基于Hencky方法求得了挠度与载荷关系的Hencky解。对两种方法所得到的结果进行比较分析,并对Hencky解所产生的偏差进行校正的方法作了探讨。

Abstract:The rubber circular plate is considered as a kind of film. Based on the character that there exists no bending moment inside a film, the geometric behavior of the rubber circular plate in expanding state is described with the aid of a group of mathematic methods. Then, the relationship between deflection and load is obtained by means of stress and strain inside the curved surface of the rubber plate. Meantime, based on the Hencky's method, the relationship between deflection and load is gotten as Hencky's solution. The different results from the two different solution methods are compared. Moreover, the deviation resulted from the Hencky's method is discussed, and a kind of correcting method is put forward.
