| Abstract: | In the light of various petrographic, mineralogical, and geochemical character-isties as well as the fugacity of oxygen under which the magma were solidified, the graniticporphyries in Yulong porphyry copper belt, eastern Xizang (Tibet), fall into theI-type(Cordilleran), and the magnetite-series granitoid, or the MC-type(mantle-crustalmixing) granitoid judging from material source of the magma generation. The genetic typesof granite in the aspects of both petrogencsis and metallogenesis are also discussed. |
