一种窄带带通波导滤波器的设计

摘    要:基于低通原型到带通的频率变换原理,采用小孔膜片耦合波导谐振腔设计窄带带通波导滤波器。给出了工程设计公式和图表,借助微波仿真软件HFSS进行优化设计。研制的滤波器主要技术指标为:在X波段f0±24 MHz内插损小于0.6 dB,f0±145 MHz外衰减大于32dB,满足各种雷达和微波通讯系统中实现频率分集的要求。

Abstract:With the adoption of the small-aperture iris-coupled waveguide resonant cavities,the narrow-band band-pass waveguide filter is designed based on the frequency conversion theory from the low-pass prototype to the band-pass filter.The filter is optimized through the microwave simulation software HFSS with the expressions and charts of the engineering given.The main technical indexes of the filter developed: the insertion loss is less than 0.6 dB within the range of f0±24 MHz,and the attenuation is more than 32 dB beyond the range of f0±145 MHz at band X,which satisfy the demands of realizing the frequency diversity in various radars and microwave communication systems.
