Ni-P-PTFE 复合材料的摩擦学特性研究

摘    要:研究了Ni-P-PTFE复合材料的组成与摩擦学特性,结果表明,改变PTFE的添加量,可获得不同成分的Ni-P-PTFE复合材料,与Ni-P合金相比,Ni-P-PTFE复合材料保持基体的结构,硬度降低,磨耗量提高,但是摩擦系数显著降低,减摩性能增强,热处理后Ni-P-PTFE复合材料的硬度和耐磨性能提高。

Abstract:The composition and tribology properties of Ni P PTFE have been studied in this paper.The results exhibited that by means of changing the addition of PTFE,Ni P PTFE composite was obtained with the variations of PTFE,and compared with nickel phosphrous alloy,the composite maintained the microstructure,but possessed lower hardness and wear resistance,however,it owned excellent anti friction characteristic.The hardness and wear resistance were raised after heat treatment.
