Abstract:Hydrogen-containing polysilanes and chromophore-containing polysilanes are prepared by traditional Wurtz coupling and subsequent hydrosilylation. They are characterized by 1H- NMR, FT-IR, UV/VIS spectroscopies, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC).
