摘    要:以霍山石斛原球茎为材料,研究了培养天数、不同生理状态、接种密度以及迭层培养方法对其生长的影响.实验结果表明:颜色翠绿形态饱满、组织致密的原球茎增殖和增重迅速;相同生理状态的原球茎在15~45d内增殖和增重最为显著;8个原球茎为一组的接种方式有利于原球茎的增殖和增重;迭层培养对上层原球茎增殖和增重具有明显效果.

Abstract:The effect of different growing days,physiological states,inoculation density andtraining methods on the proliferation and liveweight increment of Dendrobium huoshanense protocorm-like bodies were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the protocorm-like bodies which were full color patterns of green,dense organization proliferated and weight gained rapidly.The same physiological state of protocorm-like bodies proliferated significantly after being cultured 15~45days.Eight of the protocorm-like ...
