摘    要:研究了在稀硫酸介质中,Zn催化过氧化氢氧化铬兰黑R褪色反应,建立了测量痕量锌的新方法,Zn2+ 的检测限为1.5×10-10g/mL,线性范围为 0 ~ 3.1×10-2 mg / mL,该法用于测定头发中的痕量锌,结果满意。

Abstract:A new method to determine trace Zn2+ is formed according to the decolorizing reaction catalyzed by Zn2+ which results from the oxidation of erio chrome blueblack R by hydrogen peroxide in H2SO4 medium. The decrease in color is in proportion to the amount of Zn2+. The method is highly sensitive with the minimum quantitative determination being 1.5?0-10 g/mL. The linear respondence ranges between 0 to 3.1?0-2 mg/mL. The method has been used to determine trace Zn2+ in hair with satisfactory results.
