预制节段体外预应力桥梁的耐久性评述

摘    要:桥梁结构设计的基本原则已经从单纯的安全、经济发展为安全、经济、耐久并重.预应力混凝土桥梁结构的耐久性主要为预应力钢筋的防腐蚀,传统的体内预应力钢筋需要高性能混凝土材料隔绝外部侵蚀,而体外预应力结构是提高预应力混凝土结构耐久性的一个简单实用的方法.预制节段施工与体外预应力技术的结合进一步提高了结构的耐久性,并使得结构在整个寿命期内的经济性也具有优势.

Abstract:The design principle of bridges has developed from the safety and economy to the whole balanced consideration of safety, economy and durability. The durability consideration mainly goes to the corrosion problem of prestressing tendons. Traditional internal prestressing tendons need high performance concrete to prevent corrosion materials from outside. Externally prestressed concrete bridge structures proved to be a simple and effective method to improve the durability of prestressed concrete structures. The combination of this technology with the precast segmental construction even improves the durability, and makes structures more advantageous when considering the economy in the whole life-span of structures.
