| 摘 要： | 对采用Π型折叠光腔的工业用５ＫＷ横流ＣＯ２激光器的输出偏振特性了实验研究和理论分析，结果表明：其输出为垂直于光腔平面的１００％的线偏振光。

| Abstract: | The output polarization characteristics of an 5 kW industrial CO2 laser with a Shaped folding cavity is studied theoretically and experimentally. The result of 100%linear polarization output perpendicular to the plane of the shaped cavity is obtained. |
