| Abstract: | After analyzing the current situation of the electric communication network in Shanxi,the paper summarizes some problems in the network when emergencies occur,and based on the characteristics of the communication in Shanxi and the development of communication technology,probes into the electric emergency communication command system in Shanxi and proposes some corresponding plans. |
