| 摘 要： | 在 Ｍｉｃｈｅｌｓｏｎ 干涉仪测气系统中加入了特殊设计的光纤阵列传感器，用 Ｓｉ － Ｐ Ｉ Ｎ 管和 Ｔ Ｐ－ ８０１ 单板机接收、处理信号。该系统能同时检测气体折射率变化引起的圆环条纹的快速移动方向和数目。

| Abstract: | A specially-designed fiber optic sensor array is added to the system of measuring gas refractive index with Michelson interferometer.Si-PIN photodiode and the single-board computer TP-801 are used to receive and process signals.Both the shifting directions and the number of the ring fringes caused by the change of gas refractive index can be measured at the same time in the system. |
