| Abstract: | An efficient capillary electrophoretic method is described for the simultaneous determination of hydroxylated and methoxylated flavonoids and phenolic acids present in plant extracts. The separation of samples injected in pressure injection mode was carried out using fused silica capillary in boric acid buffer (alkaline pH) containing SDS as pseudostationary phase and methanol as organic modifier with direct UV detection at 220nm. |
