Abstract: | Research results of thermally depolarized current and photoconductivity in GaS: Ho single crystals are given in the report. TSD is shown to be of inverse character. Impurity photoconductivity is found in the crystals under study. Such levels as Eti = 0.70, 0.80, 0.91 eV are shown to be responsible for the thermally stimulated depolarization current and for photoconductivity. |
