Optical properties of GaP thin film measured by surface plasmon excitation

Abstract:Surface plasmon excitation technique is applied to follow the optical properties of thin semiconductor film around the fundamental absorption. As an example, we present some preliminary results on GaP thin films evaporated onto silver layer.
