| Abstract: | A kinetic model of carbon cluster growth is suggested, including the processes of polycyclic clusters formation and their isomerization to fullerenes, discovered recently in experiments. The model is based on Smoluchowski equations, describing the rates of clusters formation in various possible reactions. The simulation results are in agreement with the experimental observations. |
