细菌视紫红质(BR)的表面光电压谱研究

摘    要:采用表面光电压谱系统地研究了细菌视紫红质的光伏特性,结果表明BR薄膜有着独特的光电性质,并且与BR薄膜的制备方法和湿度有关,从经过HEPES修饰的BR表面光电压谱,观察到了BR的中间体M412和O640响应峰。说明HEPES对BR中间体的稳定作用,这些现象可由BR的光循环和光电压产生机理来解释。

Abstract:The surface photovoltaic spectra(SPS) of Bacteriorhodopsin based films were systematically measured. The results show that the BR films are characterized by the specific photovoltaic effect. The SPS response of the BR films depends on the fabrication and humidity of the film. The intermediate M 412 and O 640 of BR are observed in the SPS of HEPES containing BR film,indicating that HEPES has very important function to stabilize intermediate M 412 . The observations are explained in terms of the photocycle of BR and the mechanism of photovoltage generation.
