激光诱导击穿光谱技术成分面扫描分析与应用

摘    要:为分析和检测铁矿石表面多成分的分布情况,采用532 nm Nd∶YAG脉冲激光,设计面扫描分析方法,结合自行开发的软件,首先对标准样品进行面扫描分析,建立定标曲线,说明元素含量与谱线强度的关系。然后对由标准样品压制的表面元素含量分布不均匀的样品进行面扫描分析,生成二维分布图,并与样品表面形貌进行比较,验证了分析方法的正确性。最后以100 μm的分辨率对天然铁矿石样品表面14 mm×11 mm范围内进行面扫描分析,得到其表面Ca,Al,Ti和Mn四种元素的分布情况,并将分析结果与铁矿石表面形貌相比较。结果表明,激光诱导击穿光谱技术作为一种成分分析方法,可以对不均匀样品的表面成分分布情况进行定性分析。

Abstract:LIBS mapping was used to analyze and detect the elemental distribution of iron ore surface with self-developed soft-ware and 532 nm Nd∶YAG laser.Firstly,in order to illustrate the relationship between element content and spectral intensity, the calibration curve was established by scanning the surface of standard sample.Then,a self-made sample was homogeneously divided into three parts that was pressed by three different standard iron ore powders.For the purpose of validating the mapping technology,a two-dimensional concentration distribution profile was generated after scanning the sample surface which was com-pared with surface morphology phase of the sample.Finally,with the resolution of 100 microns,the surface scanning analysis of the natural iron ore within the scope of 14 mm×11 mm was implemented.With this basis,the distribution profile of the ele-ments Ca,Al,Ti and Mn were obtained,and the analysis results were compared with the surface morphology phase of the natu-ral iron ore.The results showed that LIBS mapping technology could be used to achieve the qualitative analysis of component gradient distribution of the heterogeneous sample surface.
