甘草微粉细胞破壁率测定

摘    要:建立了甘草微粉细胞破壁率检测的方法。采用细胞计数法,考察超细粉碎技术对甘草细胞破壁率的影响,测定甘草微粉的细胞破壁率。甘草细粉称样量与完整细胞计数的回归分析结果表明,两者显著相关(P<0.01),甘草经超细粉碎后细胞破壁率为91.14%。因此,以木栓细胞为计数指标的甘草粉末细胞破壁率测定方法简便、稳定、可靠。

Abstract:A method is proposed to determine the wall-broken rate of Radix Glycyrrhizae micropowder. The cytometry is used to investigate the influence of ultra-pulverization of Radix Glycyrrhizae, therefore, to determine the wall-broken rate of Radix Glycyrrhizae micropowder. The regression of the weight of Radix Glycyrrhizae powder and the number of complete cells indicates that a significant correlation exists. Wall-broken Rate of Radix Glycyrrhizae Micropowder is 91.14%. The method of cell counting for the powder of Radix Glycyrrhizae is convenient, and gives stable and reliable results.
