摘    要:初步采用碳酸铵作为沉淀剂,采用均相共沉淀法,通过仔细控制沉淀过程的工艺参数,得到了煅烧后可直接生成纯相Nd∶YAG的前驱体。通过热重/差热分析(TG/DTA)、红外光谱(IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)等测试手段对前驱物及煅烧粉体进行表征,研究结果表明:碳酸铵和金属离子的摩尔比为7:1时,体系的pH值基本保持在9,无需外加氨水调节溶液的pH值,简化了试验步骤,同时也减少了污染。XRD分析表明,在900℃煅烧该前驱体,得到Nd∶YAG纯晶相;根据谢乐方程计算和TEM分析,经过900℃煅烧所得纳米粉体颗粒尺寸为30~50nm,具有良好的分散性和烧结活性。

Abstract:Nd∶YAG precursors are synthesized by homogeneous coprecipitation method with ammonium carbonate as the precipitant.The precursors and the powders sintered at various temperatures are characterized by TG/DTA,IR spectra,XRD,TEM and so on.The sintered powders are well-dispersed and sintering activity,and XRD show that pure-YAG phase is obtained by calcining sample at 900℃.The results show that ammonium carbonate and metal ion molar ratio of 7∶1,the pH value of the basic system maintain at 9,plus ammonia without adjusting the pH value of solution,which simplifies the test steps,but will also reduce pollution.According to Scherrer equation computation and TEM analysis,the particle size is about 30—50nm.
