大孔吸附树脂对氢化可的松的吸附与洗脱性能研究

摘    要:本文系统研究了大孔附树脂对水溶液中氢化可的松的吸附与洗脱性能,包括树脂的筛选,氢化可的松的渡,解吸剂的选择。结果表明,用AB-8树脂比其它的树脂有更优的性能,其静态吸附容量比试剂级微球硅胶大一个数量级以上,且吸附速度快,易于洗脱再生,是一种具体工业化应用前景的优良吸附剂。

Abstract:The behavior of static and dynamic adsorption and desorption of macroporous resin for hydrocortisone was investigated in detail, and some comparison was made between AB-8 and other commercial adsorbent. The result showed that AB-8 exhibited superior adsorption properties. It has higher adsorption capacities, and the velocity of adsorption toward hydrocortisone is much faster than that of others. Furthermore, the resin is easy to regenerate. These show the value of practical application.
