固体激光热致退偏效应的一种补偿方法

摘    要:为了消除热致退偏对激光输出的影响,分析了重频固体激光器中热致退偏产生的原因,采用了一种新型的、能有效补偿腔内热致退偏效应的腔型。由结果可知,重复频率从20Hz增大到50Hz时,输出激光光斑无明显变化,无畸变,激光输出能量未降低;在50Hz时注入9.6 J,其动态输出111.24mJ的1064nm激光,电光效率为1.16%,输出稳定度达±1.85%。结果表明,该腔型对热致退偏有很好的补偿作用。

Abstract:The depolarization losses induced by heat generated in solid lasers is described, A new oscillator to compensate depolarization losses is introduced. No evidently change of laser shape or energy decrease per pulse was observed along with changing repetition from 20Hz to 50Hz, 111.24mJ@1064nm ×50Hz dynamic output, pulse length 15ns with 9.6J injection, electricity-optical efficiency reached 1.16%, stabilization within±1.85%; Results with this configure is evidence better evidently than normal depolarization losses compensating methods.
