| 摘 要： | 本文采取问卷调查的方法,对整群分层抽样的3550名有效被试进行了调查,旨在为大学生的健康教育和健康促进干预提供参考依据。结果发现,从表面上看大学生身心健康存在的问题主要受其生活方式的影响,但究其深层原因,根本上是由于受到不良亚文化的浸淫和影响。

| Abstract: | This paper is designed for students to do the health education and health promotion intervention to provide reference.It uses questionnaire investigation method to investigate 3550 subjects as sample.The results show that,on the surface,the main problems of students’physical and mental health are the effects of life style,but the underlying reason is the influence of unhealthy subculture. |
