| 摘 要： | 高素质的编辑是科技期刊质量的保证,高素质的编辑才能办好高品质的期刊.医学科技期刊青年编辑应该自觉地提高自己的职业道德素质和业务素质,不断自我完善,做好职业规划：应树立正确的职业心态,掌握扎实的编辑基本功;要积极参加继续教育和学术交流,不断更新知识和完善知识结构;努力适应时代和社会发展的需要,做学者化的医学科技期刊编辑,力争在编辑事业上创造辉煌.
