| Abstract: | The macroreticular polymeric adsorbent was currently being widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. The application on isolation and purification of antibiotics of -lactam, peptides, aminoglycosides, quinones, azoheterocyclines, polyenes, anthracyclines, macrolides, polyethers, other new antibiotics, immunosuppressant , enzyme inhibitors and protein medicines at end of the 20th century were presented. |
