| Abstract: | Ion-exchange of Ti,Al]-beta with quaternary ammonium acetates greatly enhances the epoxide selectivity in the oxidation of alkenes with hydrogen peroxide; this is due to the selective poisoning of the acid sites without suppressing the oxidation activity of Ti sites. |
