基于模糊神经网络的绩效评价体系研究

摘    要:为了促进高校教师队伍发展,建立科学、合理的高校教师绩效评价体系,公正、准确的进行绩效评价,解决教师的绩效指标统一标准的问题,将模糊理论和神经网络相结合应用到高校教师的绩效考核研究中,在各项绩效工资考核指标间客观公正地分配权重系数,构建了合理的基于模糊神经网络的高校教师绩效评价体系,并通过实际数据验证了此方法的有效性。

Abstract:In order to promote the development of university teachers,estabilish scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system of university teachers,proceed fair and accurate performance evaluation,solve the problem of teacher's performance indicators having no standard,the combining method of the fuzzy theory and neural network is applied to the university teacher's performance evaluation research,weight coefficients are distributed objectively and fairly between the wage performance indicators,the reasonable university teacher performance evaluation system is constructed based on fuzzy neural network,and the validity of this method is verified through the actual data.
