“现代村庄公社”的文化嬗变及其应对机制——以韩村河企业集团改制为例

“现代村庄公社”是市场经济中一种特殊的文化现象，曾有人用“外圆内方”描述其运作模式。然而，随着工业文明的深入，乡土文化日渐式微，“现代村庄公社”所孕育的价值理性也不得不做出妥协。通过村庄精英的推动，以较高的村庄福利以及村籍制度等提升村民生活预期、巩固地缘关系、强化内聚力的制度化形式使村庄公社得以维系。

Cultural Transmutation and Coping Mechanism of Modem Village Commune --Take Hancunhe Enterprise Reform as Example

Modem village commune, whose mode of operation was once described as ＂round outside and rectangular inside＂, is a special cultural phenomenon in market economy. However, in view of local culture＇s declination with the deepening of industrial civilization, the rationality of value involved in village commune had to make compromise. Higher villagers＇ welfare, villager registration system and other related systems could improve villagers＇ life expectations, consolidate villagers＇ relationships and enhance the cohesive force of the village. With the consciously promotion of village＇s elites, all the above mentioned institutionalized mechanisms could maintain the existence of village commune.
