蛋白质双向电泳实验课的建设与实践

摘    要:蛋白质组学作为功能基因组学研究的重要支柱应运而生。双向电泳是蛋白组学研究中最常用的蛋白质分离技术,为了让生物信息专业的学生了解和掌握这项技术,通过实验教学加强学生科研素质和实验技能的培养,华中科技大学生命科学与技术学院在生物信息专业本科生的系统生物学实验教学中开设了“蛋白质双向电泳”的实验内容。由于该项技术操作复杂,对于本科生来说实验难度较大,经过两年的教学实践,我们在实验课教学模式、教学方法和实验器材上进行了创新与探索,在教学效果和学生的实验结果方面均取得了较好的成绩。

Abstract:Proteomics, as the important part of the functional genomics, emerged in the middle period of 20th century. Two-dimensional gel eleetrophoresis(2D- PAGE)is currently often used protein separation technology in proteomie research. For the undergraduates to master this important technology and foster them the scientific skills, we have started protein 2D - PAGE experiment for the students of Bioinformatics major. Due to the difficulty of this technology, we carried out reforms in teaching mode, method and experiment equipments in practice. And we have obtained very good teaching results.
