| 摘 要： | 本文从连续体理论出发，利用线性化处理的方法，给出了弱锚定边界条件下，有预倾角的IPS型盒的饱和电压的解析结果。饱和电压随着锚定能的减小而减小，随着预倾角的减小而增大。

| Abstract: | By linerization method of the continuum theory, we show the analyzed results of saturation voltage of IPS mode with tile angle and weak surface anchoring conditions, The saturation voltage decreases when the anchoring energy decreases and increase as the title angle reduces. |
