| 摘 要： | 自我管理是大学生活的基本特征．为了将来更好地适应社会生活，大学生必须在大学生活的实践中学会自我管理，锻炼自我管理的本领，提高自我管理的水平．本文通过分析大学生自我管理的特点和内涵、影响大学生自我管理能力的因素，提出大学生提高自我管理能力的途径．

| Abstract: | Self management is the basic character of college students. In order to adapt social life in the future, college students must learn to manage themselves in college life by practice, practice their ability of self management, and improve their level of self management. This paper analyzed the characteristics and connotation of college students＇ self management; the factors to influence college students＇ self management. Finally the useful ways were put forward to solve college students＇ management, making them become the high level talents for the modern society. |
