RAPD分析江西贡江水系鲤鱼种群遗传多样性

用RAPD技术分析了江西贡江水系(瑞金,兴国,赣县,于都,会昌5个县域水域)鲤鱼遗传多样性.在25个随机引物中,筛选了11个多态引物,PCR扩增共得到条带177 2条,其中特异性条带占总条带数百分比达到85.04%.结果表明贡江水系的鲤鱼有较强的遗传多样性.其中,瑞金鲤鱼的遗传多样性最高,Nei's基因多样性指数(He)达到0.291 9.会昌鲤鱼的遗传多样性最低,Nei's基因多样性指数(He)只有0.236 1.5个县域水域的遗传多样性指数(He)排序依次为瑞金(0.291 9),兴国(0.267 6),赣县(0.280 7),于都(0.278 1),会昌(0.236 1).

Genetic Diversity of Common Carp Populations in Gongjiang River Reaches of Jiangxi Province by RAPD

Genetic diversity of different common carp populations from Gongjiang River Reaches had been analyzed by random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD).Common carp populations were Rijin County population(RJ),Xingguo County population(XG),Ganxian County population(GX),Yudu County population(YD) and Huichang County population(HC).11 primers which can deduce 177 2 clear and polymorphic bands were selected.The average percentage of polymorphic loci in total DNA of The five populations was 85.04%.The results showed that there are existing a relatively abundant genetic diversity in the populations in Gongjiang River Reaches.The Nei's value(He),0.291 9,in Rijin County population is the highest,while the Nei's value(He),0.231 6,in Huichang County population is the lowest.The Nei's values in turns are Rijin County population(0.291 9),Xingguo County population(0.267 6),Ganxian County population(0.280 7),Yudu County population(0.278 1),Huichang County population(0.236 1).
