Abstract:	We study a class of degenerate potential elliptic systems of the form $-div(a(x) \nabla u) = F_1(\lambda,x,u,v), -div(b(x) \nabla v) = F_2(\lambda,x,u,v)$ , defined on a bounded or unbounded domain.
