深圳建设学习型城市的主要措施

深圳建设学习型城市存在固有的缺陷和相对的优势,目前已经取得了一定建设成果。本文通过深圳建设学习型城市的背景分析、按着创建指导思想并辅以必不可少的制度保障,着重阐述了采用重点推进在职劳动者高中阶段教育、积极开展在职劳动者学历技能提升教育和大力推动全民素养教育三条措施建设学习型城市。

Major Measures by Shenzhen City on Building a Learning City

Shenzhen city has some advantages in building the learning city and it has made some achievements in this respect. However, there are also some obvious shortcomings. This paper analyzed the background under which Shenzhen made efforts to build a learning city. It also pointed out that in building a learning city, it is necessary to follow the guidelines and establish a sound system. Three measures, namely promote high school education among on--the--job laborers, encourage on--the--job laborers to pursue higher degrees or improve their skills and promote civic education among all citizens, were put forward to build a learning city.
