摘    要:报导了在自行设计的流动注射式化学发光分析仪上,对Luminal-K2S2O8体系中32种金属离子的化学发光行为的系统研究.确定了对金属离子的最优测定条件以及大多数金属离子的检出极限和线性范围.

Abstract:The chemiluminescence of luminol- K2S2O8- metal ion system was examined for 32 metal ions. Ag(I), Al(III), Au(III), Mn(II), Ni(II), Os(VII), Rh(III), Pt(IV), Co(II), Cu(II), Fe(II), Fe(III), Ir(IV), Ru(III), Tl(I), U(VI), and Zn(II) enhanced the chemiluminescence of the system; the detection limits and the concentration ranges for linear calibration curves of these 16 metal ions are given. Ba(II), Ca(II), Pd(II), Cr(III), Mg(V), V(V) and Zr(IV) were determine by chemiluminescence quenching of the system and the detection limits are also given. Co(II) has the lowest detection limit (1.0 ?10-13 g/mL) among the examined metal ions; the linear calibration curve is in the range of 1.0 ?10-12-6.0 ?10-9 g/mL.
