机械合金化制备纳米晶铁合金

摘    要:用机械合金化方法制备了纳米晶铁合金。用X射线衍射仪,透射电子显微镜及穆斯堡尔谱仪分析了球磨时间对晶粒尺寸、微观应变及固态相变趋势的影响。结果表明,机械合金化加速了晶粒细化:球磨0.5h后,晶粒尺寸减小到65.27nm;球磨20h后,达4.14nm。随球磨时间延长,微观应变率先增大后减小,球磨10h后,达最大值0.422,然后减小。球磨20h后,有以(Fe,Cr)。C为主的新相生成。

Abstract:The ferrous-base nano-crystalline material synthesized by mechanical alloying(MA) was studied. Though X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and Mssbauer spectroscopy, the effect of milling time on the transformation in solids, the grain size was evaluated. The results show that the MA can accelerate the diffusion in solids. During the MA process, the size of grain in the sample sharply decreases to 65.27nm after 0.5 h milling and to 4.14 nm after 20 h milling, while the micro strain in the grain increases firstly, it reaches the maximum 0.422 after 10 h milling and then decreases. The forming of carbide of (Fe,Cr)_3C during the MA was recognized after 20 h milling.1 tabs, 7 figs, 10 refs.
