摘    要:在19~24℃条件下对鲻鱼(Mugil cephalus)(初始体重:204.42士23.13g)进行了饥饿4周和再充分投喂4周的恢复生长实验,应用透射电镜对其肝脏细胞进行了观察.结果 表明:饥饿4周后鲻鱼肝细胞所含的细胞器总数目减少,核周粗面内质网含量降低,线粒体出现多种形状,其间电子密度较低,嵴更加稀疏,溶解,无全...

Abstract:The hepatic ultrastructure in mullet (Mugil cephalus Linnaeus) has been investigated using transmission electron microscopy following 4-week starvation and refeeding period. The result shows that the hepatic ultrastructure in mullet had some changes after starvation for 4 weeks:the total number of cell organelles,the number of Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum and mitochondria decreased and the latter appeared atrophy and had all kinds of forms.
