| Abstract: | Hollow inorganic oxide microspheres have been of great interest due to their potential applications in many industries.The recent research progress on the preparation of hollow inorganic oxide microspheres by means of templating methodology were reviewed. The growth mechanisms of the particle shell based on different templates and the potential applications of these materials were also discussed in detail. |
