一种新型波导-基片集成波导转换器设计

摘    要:本文提出了一种新型波导-基片集成波导转换器的设计方案。矩形波导中的电场通过该对极鳍线转换器后在基片集成波导中传输。该转换器的优点是:结构形式简单,长度短,带宽较宽。利用HFSS 仿真对过渡段结构进行了优化, 30G到40G 的频率范围内,插入损耗小于0.13dB,回波损耗优于20dB。背靠背插入损耗小于0.22dB,回波损耗优于20dB,相对带宽大于25%。

Abstract:In this paper, a new type of rectangular waveguide-SIW Converter is proposed . The direction of the electric field inrectangular waveguide can be transmitted in SIW by the antipodal finline converter. Through the help of HFSS simulation , thestructure has been optimized between the range of 30G to 40G .Insertion loss less than 0.13dB, return loss is better than 20dB. Backto back insertion loss less than 0.22dB, return loss better than 20dB, the relative bandwidth is more than 25%.
